Hey Chris, I like your website and fresh approach to the business. I’m in the process of rebuilding ours and might take it more in such a direction as you did.
You tell it like it is – I like that. Too much “smoke” (lol) and mirrors in this business. I’d love to send you some referrals but the demographic shift tends to be more in this direction (West) than East. That being said, I will most definately contact you if I have someone moving in your direction and of course your reciprocal consideration would be most graciously rewarded my friend. Nice publicity on Garth’s blog by the way (www.greaterfool.ca). Expect, however, to take some heat from his pack of loyal Blog Dog, Pups, Poodles and Hounds.

Thanks for your feedback. I know most West coasters aren’t in a great hurry to move to “Onterrible” … Can’t blame them either, BC is gorgeous. I will definitely keep you in mind next time I have I have a client heading West. Send me a link to your blog when you have it up and running and I’ll check it out. All the best!
Another example why realtors should not be called ‘professionals’. It’s a slight to real professionals.
Thanks for taking the time to watch my blog Heinz. I would love to know what constitutes a “real” professional? Have you ever bought or sold Real Estate? Real Estate transactions are often complicated and difficult procedures and consumers are well advised to hire an agent to assist with the process. If “professional” help wasn’t needed, there would be no such thing as Realtors. As a career it’s not nearly as glamourous as being an internationally recognized dolphin trainer, but I still find it rewarding.. All the best!
Great video! The subtitled translation was fantastic! I especially like the “…even a cardboard box,” translation for you even doing rentals. I’m still chuckling!
I lived in Kelowna for a brief time and it’s where it incidentally first heard the term “Onterrible.” I have been using it even since.
Keep at your style and brand. I’ll be in touch soon.
Thanks for making me laugh!!! I love your website, if you can’t laugh about this business then you need to become a certified dolphin trainer…
