When I started my Real estate career over 20 years ago, I helped many clients buy or rent their first condominium apartments in the rapidly growing Toronto condo market, earning me the nickname and social media handle “Condo” Chris. Over the next two decades I then helped many of these clients’ transition from an apartment into a condo townhouse or semi-detached freehold home and then eventually into their detached freehold “forever” homes across the GTA. Now, I help their children buy or rent their first homes as they go off to university or start their careers.
Along the way, many of my clients became real estate investors and I assist them in buying and selling investment properties of all types, from small condos to large multi-family buildings and small businesses.
For select clients, I also assist them in the management of their investment properties, especially seniors or those with disabilities who find the daily operation of their investments challenging. As a landlord and property manager, I take a keen interest in the local rental market, and I feel as privileged to work with tenants as I do with my buyers and sellers and I am proud to provide them with the same work ethic, integrity and punctuality I provide for all my clients.
In my spare time, I enjoy practicing mixed martial arts and exploring the city with Rudy and Nugget, my two rescued chihuahuas. If you see us out for a walk, please stop and say hello!
